Conditions:

  • All rates are per night, quoted in U.S. dollars
  • Rates quoted are for up to 4 adults
  • Minimum stay 3 nights
  • No Charge for Kids under 12
  • 50% deposit required to confirm bookings
  • Cancellation policy: full refund less 10% admin. fee if received 30 days prior to arrival date
    • Special note re cancellation policy for Christmas and new years season-
      notice to be received 60 days prior to arrival .
  • There is a 10% cancellation penalty
  • Service charge at guests discretion
  • Mandatory 10% tourist accommodation tax is added to all bills
