Conditions:

• All rates are per week, quoted in U.S. dollars
• Rates quoted are for up to 4 adults
• Minimum stay 3 nights
• No Charge for Kids under 12
• 50% deposit required to confirm bookings
• Cancellation policy: full refund less 10% admin. fee if received 30 days prior to arrival date
• Special note re cancellation policy for Christmas and new years season notice to be received 60 days prior to arrival
• There is a 10% cancellation penalty
• Service charge at guests discretion
• Mandatory 10% tourist accommodation tax is added to all bills
• Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards accepted
• Cash and Travelers Checks also accepted
• 1:00pm check out (Flexible)
• Smoking is not allowed inside the condominiums
